Hum digital products provide karte hain. Kyunki hamare products purchase ke turant baad access/download ke liye available ho jaate hain, isliye generally refunds provide nahi kiye jaate.
1. No Refund Policy
Sabhi digital products ki sales final hain. Purchase complete hone ke baad refund, return ya exchange available nahi hoga.
2. Refund Kab Consider Kiya Ja Sakta Hai?
Refund sirf in situations mein review kiya ja sakta hai:
- Customer ko product receive na hua ho.
- Payment successful ho gayi ho lekin product access na mila ho.
- Same product ke liye customer se galti se multiple payments ho gayi ho.
- Product file corrupt ho aur replacement provide na kiya ja sake.
3. Refund Request Process
Agar aapko kisi technical issue ka samna karna padta hai, to purchase ke 7 din ke andar hume contact karein.
Refund request ke saath ye details share karein:
- Order ID
- Registered Email Address
- Payment Screenshot
- Issue ka complete description
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund approve nahi kiya jayega agar:
- Customer ne product download kar liya ho.
- Customer ko product pasand na aaye.
- Customer ne product description dhyan se na padha ho.
- Customer galat product purchase kar le.
- Customer future earnings ya results ki expectation ke basis par refund maange.
5. Processing Time
Agar refund approve hota hai, to refund original payment method mein 5-10 business days ke andar process kar diya jayega.
